Editorial Policy

Who we are

Content on this site is produced by the Disneyland Paris Tickets Editorial Team. We are an independent information and comparison website, not affiliated with or endorsed by The Walt Disney Company or Disneyland Paris.

How we check facts

• Park rules such as park names, ticket types, durations and age categories are checked against the official Disneyland Paris website.
• Commercial details such as inclusions, exclusions, prices, ticket delivery and cancellation conditions are checked on the offer page of the specific product. Conditions from one product are not applied to another.
• Changing information such as opening hours, show times, attraction status and public transport fares is not published as fixed fact. We direct readers to the official source instead.
• When we cannot confirm a claim, we leave it out.

Prices

We show our own EUR price figures only when they have been checked recently for that specific product or option. Each figure has an internal check date, and figures older than our freshness limit are removed when the site is rebuilt and hidden in your browser. Where no checked figure exists, we show "Check price". The final price is always the one shown on the booking page before payment.

Facts and advice

We separate factual information from editorial advice. Recommendations such as which park to choose are our reasoned opinion, explained so you can decide for yourself. Example day plans are labelled as examples and do not guarantee attraction availability or wait times.

No invented experience

We do not claim personal visits we have not made, invent reviews or testimonials, or present ourselves as experts with credentials we cannot show.

Commercial relationships

Bookings are completed on Tiqets, and we may earn a commission from qualifying bookings. Partner links are marked in the page code as sponsored. Commission does not change our explanations of what each option includes and excludes, and we do not claim that any offer is the cheapest available.

Corrections

If you spot an error, email book@disneylandparistickets.com with the page address and what needs correcting. We review every report, correct confirmed errors and update the page.
