Frequently asked questions
Should I choose one park or two?
Choose one park if your priority attractions are all in the same park or you want a relaxed day. Choose two parks if you have clear priorities in both Disneyland Park and Disney Adventure World and accept spending time walking between them. List your top attractions first, then pick the ticket.
Is a multi day ticket worth it?
A multi day ticket suits first visits, families with young children and anyone who wants breaks, repeat rides or both evening and daytime shows. Compare the total for your group against one day options for your dates, because the per day difference depends on the option and the date.
How do tickets work for children?
The official Disneyland Paris site uses a child category for ages 3 to 11 and lists free entry for children under 3. The way children are added and priced can differ by product, so check the guest options in the booking flow for the ticket you choose.
Is transport to Disneyland Paris included?
Standard admission tickets do not include transport. Some packages combine admission with a return shuttle or train from Paris. If you choose admission only, the RER A to Marne-la-Vallée/Chessy is the usual public transport route from central Paris.
Does my ticket include Premier Access?
No. A regular admission ticket gives entry to the park or parks in your option and access to the standard queues. Premier Access is a separate paid option for selected attractions, sold according to its own conditions. Treat it as an extra decision, not part of the ticket.
Can I cancel or change my ticket?
Cancellation and date change rules depend on the specific product and are set by the provider. They are shown on the offer page and in the booking flow before payment. Read them before you book, especially for packages that include transport.
How will I receive my ticket?
Delivery depends on the product. Many tickets are sent by email or shown on a phone, while some packages require collecting documents before your visit. Follow the instructions in your booking confirmation, and check them again a few days before you travel.
How do I check opening hours?
Opening hours differ by park and by date, and evening shows or early entry can change the plan. Check the official Disneyland Paris calendar or app for your exact date shortly before your visit, and again on the day.
What is the difference between Disneyland Paris and Disneyland Park?
Disneyland Paris is the whole resort near Marne-la-Vallée. Disneyland Park is one of its two theme parks. The other is Disney Adventure World.
What is the difference between dated and undated tickets?
A dated ticket is valid for a specific day. An undated ticket is not tied to a date at purchase, but on the official site such tickets can require registering your visit date in advance. Check the rules of the specific product, as we only compare the options shown on this site.
Is this the official Disneyland Paris website?
No. Disneyland Paris Tickets is an independent information and comparison website. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by The Walt Disney Company or Disneyland Paris. Bookings are completed on an external booking page.
Who do I contact about my booking?
Use the contact details in your booking confirmation. This website does not take payments, issue tickets or manage bookings, so it cannot change, reissue or refund a ticket.
Why do some prices show Check price?
We only show a price when it has been checked recently for that option. Prices depend on the date, the ages in your group and the option, so the booking flow shows the price for your visit.
Can I buy tickets at the gate?
Availability and sales at the entrance are controlled by Disneyland Paris and can change. Booking a dated ticket in advance is the safer way to make sure you can enter on your chosen date.
